Now, while that may not be as much as some addicts used to binge in my last life, even then it was better to stop the onset before it becomes the norm and gets worse from there. Not that I did not have my episodes as well in the past where I binged hundreds of episodes in just a week or so, but exactly because of that I knew that it was better to prevent this from happening.
