I don't think this is as unreasonable as it seems. We don't know how Soultraits are chosen exactly. We do know, that there are quiet a few external factors, which play into it. Right now I remember three. 1. some races get weaker or stronger Soultraits. 2. the people of the solar system get higher tier soultraits in a way higher frequency than the SHA (reason unknown I think) 3. Soultraits of specific kinds can be bred. (see basically all of high society). With all this I'd say a perfect body without any impurities and soulstrength of a higher lifeform rectifies at the very least a 7* soultrait. even 9* seems lucky but fair. I just realy hope to see the same treatment for others. Races that are born as higher lifeforms should have Soultraits of a similar level.

Yes and no. Sure, the goal is ultimate power. Adding more Soultraits and upgrading them slows down war rune refinement progress is true as well. There is just one problem and one unknown: The problem is survival. One needs to be alive to reach ultimate power and while MC with fewer soultraits could have reached a higher refinement degree in the same time with the same ressouces, he would have lacked the early strength to survive and obtain those ressources. The unknown: Why is it more expensive to upgrade a war rune with more and/or better Soultraits? Could just be the Will trying to balance things. Could also be that soultraits get strengthened along with the War Rune, in which case the time loss would be outweighed by the power gained.

The name of the new ark is interesting... Could just mean that Michael will "rebel" against the semi kingdom and the empire but somehow this feels more like the Untamed Jungle itself will rebel. Maybe even against Michael?

as I understand it, the power was fused into her sword, which fused with frozen castle, adding his powers to it. Since the swords are constructed via frozen castle, they too share the effect.

Wait what? So Elena is basically saying that them having any kind of relationship was putting him and his mom in danger, which she was fully aware of but didn't even bother to tell him about? No matter how confident she was in her skills, back then there was no way for her to protect his mother while she was in a dungeon. In addition to this, she actively showed her affection in public without any encouragement from his side, which made the problem even worse.And somehow he is the villain in this situation? (mind you, I am NOT talking about their relationship in general, just this specific problem)
