"Jason noticed this and was unbothered…" "Jason was unbothered by what he noticed…" "Jason noticed this unbothered…" doesn't sound right. Saying "Jason wasn't bothered by what he saw…" sounds way better but, using your specific words, the first two I proposed are fine as well.
