Also, I think you have misunderstood one part, The FL (Elina Jones) is 27 yrs not the soul of Chelsea Warner who died at the age of 19. For her, that young youth who entered her room was of the same age as her. So when she didn't understand transmigration, Her verbal abuses were justified at least.
