also i like your fanfic but i dont see a good reason to limit the moves

why are pokemon limited to 4 to 8 moves

1 and 2 1his evolution virus can make his calculating speed and comprehension increase from my understanding so it seems kinda redundant in the long run but 2 its not bad to have a higher starting point so its up to you. my comment got deleted so im posting it again
