yeah , but imagine that what you have is a nuclear fusion battery blueprint for the phone , the rival enemy can buy the phone but one mistake mini Chernobyl happened in front of their face. I mean the Mha world should be more advanced. but yeah , pretty much the rival enemy can get the blueprint by doing their own breakdown , but if someone gives them the information , will they choose to break it down themselves or pay cheaper than their cost to breakdown the tech to get the blueprint .

yup , but don't know why but i think eye of mind false is little bit inferior when you give it to someone , it like having spider sense , you don't know what happened but your instincts said to dodge,not bad. but i think if izuku were to receive eye of mind true , he will literally get the skill and the memories how that said skill is honed and i think that is more impressive ? i don't know.
