? Ruxue got her motivation from hao though? he even said to her to go seek the sword and reach summit of swordsmanship, then come back and show him what she saw up there. That's ruxue motivation. but a chapter or 2 ago, she's gonna severe her heart only to regret later, you will see that (I read the raws) on the other hand, qingyue didn't have anyone in her life except her grandpa. She felt that her current life is like a prison, hence why she wants to be a saint. To be free. Now after saving hao, she started to open up little by little. She also found companionship with him when he taught her. And what's the problem with hao throwing lessons to her? she deserve it. Not to mention she didn't knew hao long enough as ruxue, so who knows if her motivation will change to something bigger (later in raws) From what I read from you, it appears that you don't like to see MC to give stuff to someone else.

Nah, to me they aren't. Qianqian is more like a servant who has followed li hao for a long time but wasn't by his side. Qingyue has that chance since she's strong. Not to mention, it hasn't been that long and she immediately understood li hao better than anyone. That's the definition of a keeper.
