Well in the end it boils down to personal prefrence. However in his shoes I would have chosen a gu with higher cealing and combat powers, after all phantom path may be focused on evasion but that just means you would have a strong offence and defence by chosing an attack gu. With the curent arangment he has a very strong deffence and a cripeld offence

The writing is good but the mein character lacks conviction and confidence which makes him seem pathetic. He is also shortsighted seeing as he chose a rank 3 instead of a rank 4 as his main gu, especialy because phantom fiend gu seems mostly neutral and could be used with multiple other gu he will get in the future. All in all it seems extremly shortsighted. Then again its the begining if the novel and so im waiting for character development

I agree with the sentiment that line is anoying as fu#k but the novel isnt even 100 chapters in. So we can hopefully expect some character develpment. However if not then I will also leave a similar review criticing the flase advertising.
