Oh and he’s such a hypocrite. Talks about having morals while taking kids off the street to be his family’s death warriors, to live and die for his Zhou family without ever coming into contact with another human. What a person.

Yeah… I’m tired of this novel. Much ado about nothing. Literally what’s the point? The world is so boring. The MC never does anything fun like explore the cultivation world, treasure hunt, meet various races, etc. He has this mystical spirit cleansing water he killed his best friend for and he hasn’t even touched it yet. Like the entire novel is about the Zhou family stealing things from beasts and wantonly killing them. This is not the beast cultivation book I was yearning for.
