After that I walked along the cobblestone main street of Orario towards the hostess as people went about their business in the same way. True to it's name I saw adventurers where ever I looked with all manner of weapons from staves, swords and axes all the way up to daggers and cestus. There was no real dominant race in the population either as I saw equal parts humans, dwarves, amazons, elves and beastkin races.-

Give or take 500 years, I think.
After all, this was a world that emphasised filial piety and the honouring of your ancestors as some of its core principles and yet the disciples of the Corpse Ghost Sect were a bunch of unscrupulous bastards that went around digging up ancestral graves for fun.

While I only heard a little about 'One Piece' in my past life, I was pretty sure the level of strength present in the world wasn't so high that I would be helpless. From what I knew, the peak of power here was basically just punching really hard, maybe destroying a mountain or two, which means I should be able to keep up most of the time. More importantly, however, it also means that there should be nothing like gods or cosmic beings present that could ignore my immortality.
