Well, Dragon Man refers to Dragon Human. Like "mankind" being short for humankind. it's technically not gendered, it's just used as gendered because the actual way to say the male version doesn't quite fit with current lingual trends in english.
That doesn't make sense. Having these people prepare the land for him is no different from him simply finding a good place to plant them. I'd rather want no system than an overly critical system like that, because it means the system has ulterior motives on a higher scale.
