I suppose I should just get this out of the way. The next chapter after this one is going to be the last Dead End chapter for a while. The story ran much, much longer than I thought it would (it'll likely be almost 420k words after this next chapter). Mc with his mothers death and having no close family joins the rose mercenary group with the goal of eventually becoming a big merchant/mercenary and getting revenge on his mothers family for killing his mother.....(2 year timeskip) ...... Mc is a close friend of Martells wants to be the greatest uncle to the kids and is willing to die for them.atleast mention he met the Martells before or something the entire character of the Mc changed instantly if you're using time skip atleast just give a rough summary of what he was doing
