I think it just doesn't work on demi-gods for whatever reason. since gods openly admitted that they physically can't steal from each other. (they can still use it if given to them by a thief tho)

y'all are hilarious but realistically gods/titans can have children from literally any action. from drops of blood to nutting on the ground anything can potentially make a child in Greece
