This is a great Star Wars fanfic. The way the mc rose power was done well.
I’m replying to your question on training ideas from 2 chapters back, as I finally logged back in to my account. For the training methods on the characters you can implement workouts from different sports/disciplines, but intensify the workout. An example is a plyometric exercise long jumpers use where they squat 90 degrees continuously in a fast manner so they can jump higher. This exercise makes their legs explosive and I imagined this exercise could be used to increase the speed of a character kicks and hops. Another example is fingerboard pull ups (or hanging whatever they call it), is an exercise rock climbers use to increase grip strength. This exercise is effective because rock climbers have the best pound for pound grip strength compared to powerlifters and strongmen, and rock climbers display the most insane feats of grip strength. I can see Vin Jin doing this exercise with unrealistic amount of weight attached to increase his grip strength or other characters going rock climbing with weight attached to them to train their upper body strength like Daniel in pre affiliate 3A arc. Also, there is a professional fighter workout any of the characters could do which is shadowboxing in the water. I think you can draw inspiration from strength, speed, body conditioning(like pain/damage resistance), and endurance training from different athletes workouts. Furthermore, You can also get inspiration from different animanga/manwha, movies and novels. Baki is a good one and again you make those more intense by adding weight like a weighted vest. As long as your creative and the make the workout make sense, it is all that matters. I remember there was a lookism fanfic where the mc gained king level durability by getting hit by a King level OC. This a great training method because it sounds good in theory as real-life professional fighters condition their bodies by hitting their shins with a bat or something and they punch hard objects. From this training, their shins can bend metal poles and their fist are resistant to pain and injury. This way of training parallels zenkai boost, the more you recover from damage the stronger you get. I hope you consider my suggestions. P.S Don't forget to make the workouts intense and innovative unlike a-lot writers who give the same one punch man workouts to their MC’s and somehow their MC's could destroy mountains. A way to improve or intensify these workouts would be to switch the push ups to weighted single arm 2 finger pushups or weighted handstand pushups. Switch the squats to barbell bulgarian split squats and to a regular 1000 pound or more back squat which would be considered to be peak human. Instead doing a 6km run do a 45 minute or more 21 mile per hour run making your character more peak human. I hope everyone understands where I’m coming from. Have a great day!

Realistically, no fanfic deserves a five, but I’m giving this story a five to boost it’s rating. This fanfic is better than most dc fanfics.
