I sat back down and continued to wash the clothes. It was almost sunset and I still had some laundry left. I couldn't take it anymore. Every part of my body ached, my head from the lack of sleep, my stomach because of hunger, my throat because of thirst, and my heart because of Lucian's absence. It felt like forever washing the clothes and my hands stung with pain. Anger, sorrow, and confusion filled my chest. What was happening? Why was this happening to me? Tears filled my eyes blurring my vision. I wiped my tears with the back of my arm but the world was still a blurb. My eyelids feel heavy and it became difficult to focus. It was as if I couldn't feel the ground under my feet, as if I was drifting away, pulled into a world of darkness.- Mandy_Mays3yrCommenté"You shouldn't be laughing at me when your hair looks like that," he said pointing at my head. I looked myself in the mirror and gasped. I was so angry and occupied with him I didn't even look at myself. My hair looked like a bird's nest. I tried to straighten it with my hands before Lucian wrapped his arms around my waist from behind and hugged me to him.

- Mandy_Mays3yrCommentéPeople clapped while dancers and musicians walked in to entertain the guests. People seemed to enjoy themselves. I of course couldn't see since I was supposed to keep my gaze down, because 'that's what a lady should do'. Well then, I hate being a lady.
- Mandy_Mays3yrCommentéIgnoring my father, I smiled at my mother then went to my seat. I could feel everyone's eyes on me, some stared at me with pity and others with repulsion as if it was my fault I was getting married to whoever I was getting married to. They should blame my father, not me.

What's with that turtle like development? No! That's snail like development! Argh! I'm so pissed. What kind of man can resist a beauty like you in bed for two months without even doing anything?! Argh! Now I really wanted to meet him and confirm if he's a real man. Maybe he's a girl in-disguise."

Just go kiss her again and ask, easy as that," he said but Sei just glared at him as though he was telling him he wouldn't trust his stupid advice anymore.

Why is this annoying monster-turned-human always being so innocently fragile and ignorant when it comes to his wife? Someone please help me smack him hard!
