I think the phrase is, "I hate __(noun/pronoun) with every fiber of my being/body". Fibers are very small and they make up the structure of plants and trees(Humans don't have fibers for their structure rather they have cells). So, if you use 'very fiber' it indicates that the structure of the body is only made out of one fiber, which is wrong.

You should change the verbs into present tense because you already have a "did". You don't say, "I did did it." Rther you say, "I did do it." Double past tense doesn't make sense.
