It's a odd arc, but it's better as a progressive one. The main character has to participate and gain the rewards. I don't know how the future will unfold with such a strong Jean, I mean she can literally obliterate Thanos, so you'll have to be a little more creative than the originals. I suggest you study a little on the Abilities of Avenger's from the recent Marvel's Avengers game. There Widow has some cool abilities that could be easily used in your novel. And not only Widow, but Hulk and other Avengers as well. Although, I feel bad that the game didn't include Hawkeye in it. I guess he's just too weak for the pay grade.

From the above comment, I would want Gojo's zanpakuto be like a trump card. Like, he has it, but no one knows that he ever had a Zanpakuto. Similar to how Yoruichi does, except she never used it.
