Fight scenes are great, it was actually one of the novels you won't have the tendency to skip scenes/chapters. The only thing to criticize is the plot, you're are just saying what is convenient to you as a writer, it's ruining the realism of the story. I know it's fiction but it needs some authenticity.

The way you write, you are butchering it. and the character's intelligence doesn't live up with their name. I thought he was supposed to have higher IQ? but what the heck was that confession?
