The world that this story is taking place in is not a canon on. The characters, places, and story plot are all things that I came up with, other than the pokemon and thingns specifically related to the pokemon franchise of course. Thanks for the question though!

While I would love to answer your question , I’m not using the level system that we commonly see in the pokemon games. But if I had to say something then Magnezones would be substantially higher. That’s how I have it planned currently at least
