THIS. BOOK. IS. INSANE. (In the best way possible!) Not a single dull moment. I mean it. From a painful death to a rebirth during S*X (yes, you read that right!), this book is a rollercoaster. The FL? Witty, sly, and absolutely hilarious—watching her outsmart everyone is *chef’s kiss.* The ML? Cold as a damn glacier, paranoid as hell, but completely obsessed with her. And when I say whipped, I mean 'WHIPPED.' The comedy, the intensity, the tension—everything is PERFECT. The writing? Insanely good. Not to mention the author!!! I have read many of her works and they all were masterpieces! If you want a story that will keep you hooked, make you laugh, and still leave you gasping at the twists, stop scrolling and READ THIS. You won’t regret it!!!!
Omg the torture part was so depressing. She even cut herself to keep track of the days!!
Omg the torture part was really depressing. She even cut her hand to keep track of the days 😭
I don't know, I haven't read it yet and it has been a long time since my last read but I just know this is good!! I have read the author's work, bodyguardXheiress one (pardon me I am bad with the named) but yes, I have high expectations from this one❤️❤️❤️
Dahlias mean forever thine and display an everlasting bond. They are pretty much a straightforward way to say 'I am yours forever' so I wonder if I am looking too much into or Maxim acted with motives 🤭💐
mm pretty hesitant about starting this book. I hope it's unique amongst the cliches
Talking about the author's note, Esme was Aleister's even before Jeremiah came into the picture and it makes the second engagement null. I doubt it was done formally. Secondly, even if it was not, Jeremiah gaslighted Esme countless times. Sorry, he is gentle and all that but I don't like him or anyone in Norwell family (except Lucy) cause they almost made Esme go into split-personality mode by all the lies they fed her. Jeremiah also low-key thought that Esme was not enough to be sent to heaven so no, I don't like him but I also don't support infidelity. But I don't think there was cheating anywhere in the picture here. Esme rejected Aleister's advances when she did not have memories. All along, with or without memories, by her heart, body, and soul, she remained loyal to Aleister, her first legit fiance so yes
What are we here for
um author, if those jaw-dropping scenes were not up to the mark, where exactly did you set the bar? | don't know why you keep saying that you don't write it well. You always nail the sm*t, sad scenes, and fluff in my opinion and you have a degree in the plot twist section. Why author why?😭😭😭
