Or cops blatantly planting drugs, guns etc just to get a bust to improve their record, knowing it will never bite them if the poor souls become slaves, or prosecutors looking to improve their record, or judges looking to improve their record, then we get to the rampant human experimentation by companies using slaves and when the slaves run out you just slap a charge on anyone, quickly rule them a slave and promptly place them on the table, pumping them full of drugs, can't hope to one day be free when they expire in a month

In any other setting this would be true, but in Marvel this is downright stupid, many, many super-powerful guys care about the timeline or can see the timeline, the more you influence the more you advertise yourself as an anomalous little insect that managed to sneak in, there is no faster and more complete way of dying than this in marvel when you clearly are not in the Lawful Good alignment with a hard on for protecting Earth

He's a dragon so his racial class gives him enough phys and mag stats that he could have some magic classes in his build probably

I remember something like yuuki revolutionized it to be a strong independent power or something, but an organization of adventures must have existed before as a natural consequence for a magic civilization with monster threats
