Nope, we already found out that Asterion's means of protecting Neph was by holding Mordret hostage until he grew up. I'm guessing currently most of Aster's energy is being dedicated to finding a way to leave the moon
But perhaps because the Queen cared about her daughters more than the King did, she stayed her hand.
