finally came back to this book today, almost a year later. hope it doesn't take as many breaks now haha! hope legion is doing better, mostly

been there and done that, literally. also the violin and piano. not that hard, bad example. also learning multiple martial arts isn't hard, its easy to keep them separated in your head. in fact, it's better to know more, you can adjust and mutate your fighting style to be more survivable/damaging. as the saying goes, "jack of all trades, and master of none, yet still far better than a master of none" the fact his father wouldn't teach him is merely a macguffin to keep mc weak, not actually logical from any perspective
