Update: It does seem to be the case. There's always some reasonable excuse to be trampled like a dog, but at the end of the day it's that, an excuse. When he overcomes an obstacle and becomes top dog, another one replaces it and goes back to taking backshots from anyone walking by, that seems to be the theme here. So I'm not wasting my time with this one.

Is this going to be the excuse to allow people to walk all over you 24/7? Since it's still early to tell I'll ignore it for now.
