Depending on whether the mc gets Tsunade's memories along with her looks and talents. If she doesn't then she is basically useless since the mc doesn't know the first thing about controlling or molding chakra nor any of the hand signs used to make jutsus. Tsunade without her experiences and memories is basically just a normal woman with a different type of energy in her.
