Well, I guess we have different opinions/value here. Besides, Monica has always known this side of Khan, and it's not like he hides it or something. It might appear unfair, but they are both aware of the situation and their respective feelings.

He has no real regrets with Monica. Their relationship is quite fulfilled, so the "life-flashing-before-his-eyes" moment can't find anything Khan would change.

Monica is no substitute. That part is about regrets, and I feel everyone can relate to it due how things have ended.
