Not really, that would just give you ideas about what you can do with magic but not how to do it or even if you have enough magic/talent/etc to accomplish it. How ironic, Harry bashing the people who let him down when he himself just waited around to be protected from Voldemort. That's what always made me suspicious of Harry being the Hero; knowing that Voldemort is still alive, that many of his powerful Death Eaters are not in Azkaban, prisoners CAN escape from Azkaban, and many other slaps to his face that Voldy is coming back and wants him DEAD, and he does the most minimum he can to learn magic, when he knows that magic is the only thing that will save him. I'm starting to believe that weak Horcrux he possesses may have subconsciously brainwashed him over time since infancy because no normal person with a knife hanging over their heads would act like Harry.
