DC doesn't undergo earth shattering events every Tuesday The events do occur but they barely occur on Earth Either in space or the heroes deal with it in some alternate dimension No think about it, After Darkseid's first attack Earth went full 10 years with no issues but he next attack and even then it was more of an infiltration than an attack The heroes dealt with it before people could even notice much (Intergang) Next were Metas running wild and stuff like that but though barely destroyed buildings talk more city blocks or entire cities. Yes you are at risk constantly because of one cosmic event or the other but let's see marvel After Loki, not even a year later, the alien tech was spread everywhere so you can be moving around and boom! Random thug is carrying a Disintegrator After Loki, was Korvac who could warp reality, after that was Thanos (for the Cosmic cube) THEN Galactus then Thanos again (For the infinity Guantlet) 5 years has yet to pass between this time The average Marvel Citizen would consider DC a paradise and our Earth, Heaven

His power remains the same but what he's limited in What he can use before If before he could warp reality on a univerals scale then now, he can only warp reality on a must simpler scale like the solar system or something

Fertility control is easy Gene-locking is easy but you can't make absolute versions...
