Most of Zhia’s sixteen years of life, she has been her childhood friend and only friend’s priority, but all of it has changed when Roy becomes obsessed with a mobile game. They stay out late in school for him to play and strangers come into their circle for the first time. Zhia doesn’t know what to do especially when a gamer girl joins Roy’s gaming group.
Out of her desperation and jealousy, she does something irreversible with Roy's game and gets caught which puts a dent in their friendship. But Zhia will not let go her friend just like that. Determined to make it up to Roy, she begins playing the game as well.
It’s not as easy as she thought especially when Roy continues to ignore her.
One night, a pink and yellow light flashes from her smart phone and smoke emits from it. When the air clears, Lunox, a hero from the game, stands in front of Zhia, offering her a new sanctuary.

Feeling more alone than ever, Zhia accepts Lunox’s hand and travels to the Land of Dawn. Zhia enjoys her time in the foreign and magical land but knows she couldn’t stay forever especially not when Lunox asks for her help with the looming war for the Twilight Orb.
Zhia, now, must ask her friend from home to accompany her as they will select heroes that will be their partner for the war. The big question is whether Roy will come to her aide.
