jonin is not kage level, and he was born into the world, so he'll be older than the kids 16 and younger in mentality/spirit, and this isn't DBZ, where the level of their Chakra/Chi signifys their actual power, a kage is more then just large amounts of Chakra.

so he doesn't have Chakra, so he should have haki, which is true that he may not be able to reach a sage of six paths, but because of his willpower, the power of the human will manifested into power, he should be able to come close during his fight.

I guess I don't have a real solid feel for economics in the Harry Potter universe yet. I have no idea what the exchange rate was in 1994, but I figure a low end job in the US is probably around the equivalent of a galleon an hour, and the job only took me a half-hour.
