I'm only on chapter 22 (latest without purchasing privilege), but the story development has been very interesting and it's captivating already. The author really brings you into the world. The MC is struggling to be a better version of herself and the ML is super sweet and very supportive. I can't wait to read more!

I'm guessing it's Slater. Hugo is a dead giveaway and he's supposedly dead at that point. And it's just not Atlas's... character (??) to kill.

I'm unsure why you think the ML is the age of her father because it's revealed that he's only 5 years older around Chapter 174. Even though the MC calls him uncle, that's just the generation gap and not age gap.
