Do you like cultivation? Do you like systems? Do you like OP MCs? If you answered yes to these questions, this book is for you. First up - world building. The author does a good job of building up a world that seems more than 2 dimensional. There is always a higher heaven and a taller mountain here, along with a surprising amount of lore. Second- Character design. The MC is op. I think he might also be mildly mentally disabled, but at least he is entertaining. Side characters are mid, they die a lot and I only found myself really rooting for a couple. Overall not bad. Third - Story development. It's fairly fast paced, you won't be reading chapter after chapter of filler, the filler comes in the form of system info dumps, and take those with a grain of salt... trust me. The power systems are decently fleshed out, but the MC is on like his 3rd different cultivation system now, hoping he sticks with it... tired of him losing it all and starting over with a new OP system to cultivate. Overall not bad though, enjoying the story. Fourth - Writing quality. Small grammatical errors? Yes. Somewhat frequently calling the MC the name of the MC in his other novel, Khan? Yes (Don't worry, I commented with a star trek KHAAAAN gif on most of them for you). Sometimes uploading chapters to the wrong novel and renaming them do not unlock? Yes (batch unlockers beware). Very readable, none of it enough to break immersion. 4/5 on writing quality. Overall I give this a 4.5/5. You won't be disappointed or feel like you wasted your time reading it.
Oh shi-
I just think of the stats screen as the show Who's line is it anyway? Where the points are made up and don't matter lol.
This stuff has made me laugh from the beginning. Mach 10 for 2 hours is traveling about 24,700km. The circumference of earth is about 40,000km. So he traveled from one planet to another by crossing a distance of about half the circumference of our small planet. To put that into perspective the moon is 384,000km from earth, so planet Humbad is almost touching Earth in this novel.
