Betting a tenner that there's plenty of vampires who, on the contrary, get off on just the thought of such an arrangement.
As for why DXD vampires didn't just contract themselves to a bunch of magicians to purify their bloodlines with powerful blood filled with magic... Forcefully putting people who are currently submerged in water to sleep sounds like a fivehead idea. He's probably gonna cause more deaths through collateral than vampires did.
