i dont really get it, yes he has some hypnosis intro skill from that manual but there is a whole world difference between mixing it with that psychic gaze skill and confusing the thoughts of some one and completely controlling another human without needing to constantly be near him which is more along the lines of 7-6 sequence visionary beyonders. its pretty lame as each pathway has its unique skills if you wanted a MC with mind control then you should have just gone for visionary pathway or given him an item made from the beyonder characteristic of one at the very least instead of some random meditation skill from god knows where and use it as a master excuse for random shit.
