It wouldn't be odd for an understaffed place like this not to have cameras anywhere besides an interrogation room and.. maybe, the evidence area.. but that could also just be a normal closet with a handle lock lol. It's unlikely the police in this area will be worth much of anything before Mc starts investing into them. Not to say they're not capable, they're just small time compared to a city precinct.
