Only species with less reproductive ratio like Dragons, elves, dwarves retains some of their purity and can show bloodline related abilities and even particular racial affinity.

Wizards and Warlocks are completely different in this novel. Wizards construct their own spell models in their mind while Warlocks awaken bloodline abilities by transferring the bloodline essence of other races like dragons, serpents, Titans etc to their bodies. Their abilities mostly come from body related ones. Not mind related. If you had read Fire Mage novel, you will have an easier time understanding the difference. On the other hand, Knights are using some techniques to increase their strength and skills. They won't come under bloodline too.
