Why did you bring a fucking system at chapter 26 ? It was so out of the blue and completly unnecessary... You should work more on your character development. 20 chapters in and we know practically nothing of the past of the MC, his attitude, his goal, his resolve etc ... The world background was too rushed. He stayed 1 year in the mortal world and we know nearly nothing (cost of living, his relationship with other character, his living condition etc...).

The problem is not the pace, it's the information in each chapter. If the chapter don't bring significant development to your story, increase the pace of just time skip.
