And that's why I refuse to comment till now cuz I'm letting the author cook. For me it is too early in the story to judge MC's true character.
Tai Lung is not a good person, and not a bad person either. But there is darkness in him as Oogways said. If I have to say, he is a bad guy trying to be good.
