man, u are not right here, bc mc can absorb energy and strengthen himself, he literally can use it to be perpetual moving machine, every breath/strain/moving motion/ will be strengthening him and his brain, so he won't have mental and physical problems. so u need to give his powers more limitations, bc if u think about it his power is just cultivation(he basically can sit on his ass and start strengthening to infinity) and it's dumb.
