why not genjutsu? it require good chakra control and as long you have some brain not like kurenai you can make it work, its not gonna be Madara level of threat but still its useful skill

I understand it right, most somewhat successful ninjas who didn't stuck in genin corp end their career as chunnis because jonins are elite of the village so they have their entire life's to master quite a few jutsus
