I mean when you're a mutant living in a world that wants any and every mutant dead and/or leaving mutants wishing they were dead..... I can see the appeal of setting fire to the world and watching it burn......seeing as what grows from its ashes can't be 'much' worse....(and since this is Marvel it can and will get worse)......but remember the first keyword in this comment is 'much' and is closely followed by the second keyword which is 'worse'.
I mean even without his powers and the Phoenix force, he is still an expert marksman(at least that was implied in the beginning chapters)so he could just swipe their guns and weapons from the sub bases while he waits just in case Nat and her 'mystery' friend miss a few power dampeners..... assuming he can't, and/or doesn't want to just incinerate the the base and all the people/things inside it; into molten slag and ashes.
they painted their hair->they dyed* their hair. I think dyed is the word you're looking for, but I could be wrong and they're actually people who'd painted their hair instead.

i mean if we based it on what you said in the story of what happened when they first found him in that lab/base he should already have her powers since she had used her abilities against him along with Scott blasting him. Or are you saying she just stood there and watched as she, Scott and Logan got wrecked to hell and back.
and Jean's telepathy and telekinesis?
doesn't this mean he still has cyclops's optic blasts?
well that and wolverines other powers which includes heightened senses among other things.
yep, bone claws and a 'broken' healing factor that he can combine with Colossus's organic 'steel' body/super strength/super durability.
well Bobby is an omega-level mutant.
