pretty sure it's meant to be stamina increases by 100 when he increases his intellectual power... translation messed this chapter up horribly...
Of course, Physical strength and Willpower don't increase due to Mutual Growth, but it's true that if Intellectual Power increases by 100, so does Intellectual Power.
