I’ve been skipping this bullshit for the past like 10 chapters. Why would I care about a sports festival arc the main character isn’t involved in?

I’m not usually one to complain about the mc starting off relatively weak but the synopsis says he has near-limitless solar power and the first chapter makes a big deal out of him being so strong he needs to practice control but he’s basically just Bakugo level of strength, if not weaker and he feels like Izuku without the conviction

So far these chapters could’ve been condensed down to like 8 or less. They’re just really short and not a lot going on in them but the story is decent so far, albeit very slow paced

There being a love interest would imply that the mc is anything more than an npc observer in the context of the world. Closest thing to a love interest is an oc that has a crush on the mc I guess 🤷‍♂️
