yeah. this looks more and more like a translation and not an original. what's more, notice how the decisions that MC makes. he doesn't enter wano. he doesn't call the five elders by their names even though they were revealed and doesn't adress them as part of celestial dragons which has been confirmed they are. he also doesn't change most events as if he wants to stay as close as possible to the cannon events. I bet this is a translation of some novel that was around before Wano ended (or still in the middle of act 2 or beginning of act 3) and that's why mc doesn't address the information that came after it like how pluton is in wano or how luffy has the nika fruit.
