Tips
Any establishment that deems it a good idea to enforce tips before service automatically pisses me off. They've basically gone back to the olden days where tips were used to ensure safe passage. Basically a, "here's a donation, please don't rob me."
When the service, such as food preparation, hasn't been completed yet, that service is now held hostage. Give no or a low tip and who knows what would happen.
