how to live in the world?

if you want to live in the world that you have important money. and Allah give us money that we use ourselves and don't help the poor. in the worlds many poor people live here and many people rich here but rich men don't help poor people. why don't? if you live in the world that you help the poor. and poor peoples pray for you.
