"It's already three in the morning? Damn... I should sleep."

I closed my laptop and immediately went to sleep. It seems that I've been so focused on writing this novel that I lost track of time.

I secretly started writing novels to achieve my goal of earning half a million before I enter college. I do not want to rely on my parents any longer. I have been nothing but a burden to them.

Ring-! The loud ringing sound of my alarm clock instantly woke me up. I checked the clock to know what time is it.

〔07:42 AM〕

"Shit. I'm late for school!" I hurriedly changed my clothes, ran downstairs to grab a sandwich, then took off. "Daddy! I'm going now!"

"Do not wear any earphones on the way!" My father answered.

Outside. A nice and cool breeze greeted me. It felt like my sins were being washed away whenever I inhale the fresh air around me. It was a nice day.

"Wait, why does it feel like I'm forgetting something? Well, whatever." I took my time enjoying the nice weather on my way to school.

I finally arrived at the school after walking a few blocks away from my home. I went inside and finally, I reached the entrance door of our classroom. I knocked first before opening the door.

Clap Clap Clap-! To my surprise. My classmates were laughing while clapping their hands as if they were congratulating someone. "H-How shameless! Haha! I-It's already third period yet you still went to school? Haha!"

"Silence! Mr. Aruson, why are you so late? Do you do part-time jobs?"

"No Ms. Madel, I'm sorry."

"Gosh... Go to your seat. Do not stress me out even further alright?" Miss Madel slowly calmed herself down.

"Alright."

The class discussion resumed after I sat down at my seat beside the window.

"Pss-! Oi tol [1], I thought you were dead." My seatmate, Rigby whispered.

I glanced and slowly turned to him then said. "Shut up."

"Wow, scary. Haha! Loser!" Rigby giggled.

It's always been like this since elementary. The reason I am experiencing this is because I always get low scores on every exams that we take. Little did they know that it was pure intentional. I don't want to increase other's, especially my mother's expectations of me. Anyways...

Hours passed and it was already already sixth period. I checked my watch to read the time.

〔11:50 AM〕

Finally, this boring discussion is finally coming to an end. Good thing, my favourite subject is coming near. Lunch break. The most fun subject among the other ones. You can do whatever you want in this period but they are limited. What I do everytime during lunch is sleep. That is why it is fun. I checked the time again in boredom.

〔11:52 AM〕

I don't know why but I started to feel uneasy. I glanced outside the window and noticed that the nice fluffy clouds earlier were slowly transforming to dark depressing clouds as if a storm is coming. I wondered about how will I get home as I didn't bring any umbrella nor do I own any vehicles.

Minutes later, a message rang out.

[Galaxy #M0321 has opened]

[A few constellations have joined]

A small rectangular screen appeared infront of my eyes.
