Tonight was the time for the Official Peace Treaty of the three races of biblical faction will place in Kuoh Academy. Which is devoid of normal people who are not involved in the supernatural world, the first one who arrive in the meeting room was the Devil Faction, which consists of Sirzech Lucifer and Serafall Leviathan as a lead followed by Rias Gremory with Yuuto Kiba, Asia Argento and Issei Hyoudou in Rias Peerage. And Sona Sitri with Tsubaki Shinra, Tomoe Meguri, Momo Hanakai, Reya Kusoka, Tsubasa Yura, Ruruka Nimura and Genshirou Saji. Rias left her Rook to the Gasper room too much Issei reluctantly wants to stay with Gasper.

Later on, the Fallen Angel Faction lead by Azazel and his only his side was none other than Vali. And last was Heaven Faction lead by Michael followed by Irina who went through the door. When the leader of the three factions has sat down in their perspective sits was going to start the meeting but, a sudden spatial tear in the space beside them was opened and Touru in Raven outfit went out in the space followed by his group. Which many people were surprised specially Rias to see the two Akeno in his group and Irina who saw Xenovia in his group.

" Akeno! where the hell you're doing I-" Rias said something but she stops when the massive pressure was pressing against her, which is Sirzech was angered as he stood up to face Touru but he cannot move as he was the same state as Rias cannot.

" Don't do something reckless this time, I don't care if I cut your head next time," he said as he took an ornate wooden throne from the space as he sat across them. Even the carefree Azazel was sweating profusely as he still sits down on his chair not interrupting anything, while Michael was the same state as Azazel they didn't do anything reckless that Sirzech faces.

" Touru Kamagiri, this generation of White Dragon Emperor and as a representative of the Shinto Pantheon and Youkai Faction," he said to the rest of the leader, to not implore his wrath they decided to ignore the redhead siblings as they knew that pressure alone it gave them a sense of dread.

" Hm, okay I'm here just asked something," he said as he looks towards the leader of the faction.

" Why are so many places here in this world, was so many Strays was swarming in this country," he asked them but they still quiet.

" Seems no answer eh, change the question, how many orphanages were subjected to become a guinea pig for Holy Sword Project? I'm sure not only Kiba-kun's Group only experimented right?" he said as he looks at Michael who was about to interrupt him but he cannot refute as Touru continued.

" The Holy Sword and others should be keeping by you guys, since you are also the one who given then to the human wielder, you should take them when the wielder was died or retired as many humans in the Vatican was corrupted to the core, yet you didn't do any action," he said as he looks at Azazel.

" How about you, you knew that there were many traitors in your race but didn't do anything and let them harm the ordinary humans specially Sataniel and Kokabiel, the former helped the exile people in the Five Great Clans to experimented the more than three hundred people they might have sacred or not, while the latter was starting to make a second Great War," he said as Azazel was quiet on his position.

" Not only you didn't take an action but you use Tobio-kun and the other group in Slash Dog to attack that so-called Utsusemi Agency like you didn't like you didn't want to taint your hands with the blood of fellow race." he disdainfully said as he looks at the Devil Faction.

" The one who created Stray Devils system was your friend right?" he asked Serafall who replied with confusion.

" What do you mean?"

" Your friend, Ajuka who created the Evil Pieces, put something like a curse to the pieces when the Peerage on their perspective master, who defy them for being abuse by their master and when they kill their master. The Evil Pieces will corrupt them and transform them to a something like monster called Stray Devil and you let the young devils to kill them as a contribution points in Devil Society," he said as he looks towards them especially to those people who just recently joined the Peerage was feels disgusted.

" I'm sure that you are saying this for the population of Devils but to me, it was nothing but a slave collar especially to those naive to get a long life span or those threatened by the Devils to forcefully join the Peerage because they have something that the devils didn't have, like Sacred Gears especially the Longinus rank," Touru said as he looks at Issei who looks at him gave him a wink which he felt disgusted.

" I didn't treat my Peerage as a slave I treated them as a family," Rias said as she resisting to move.

" Yeah yeah, but what did you do when Akeno was only missing in one week as your brother put her as a criminal or Stray immediately, what a joke," he said while laughing because he heard something hypocritical words.

" Then what about Naberius clan who did experiment with my tribe, they didn't even treated as a race they only use as a guinea pig. Thanks to you devils, my tribe was almost extinct and for that I want to destroy another pillar of Underworld who called themselves as Naberius." he stood up and turned around.

" Ah this meeting should be called as SHIT Treaty anyway." he looks at Sirzech who was still bathing in his pressure, he pulled out the Excalibur as he cut the right arm of Sirzech.

" Arrgghh!!!!" Sirzech shouted in pain as he could feel the Blade of Excalibur.

" Nii-sama!!" Rias cried in surprised as she struggles to move towards her brother.

" You are not worthy for Lucifer's Title," he said as he put the Excalibur in the space pocket and he pulled Yamato to create the spatial tear in the previous position that he exited, he entered the spatial tear followed by his group.

The meeting room of the Peace Treaty was in the midst of silence. At the same time, the place was frozen, everyone was stopped moving except for the leaders of the faction and Vali and Issei who has a Sacred Gear related in Dragon species. Azazel and Michael was looking at the window and they see many people with a black robes in their body was attacking the school.

" Mages!" those people who didn't freeze saw what happened to them.

" Vali, take care of the mages!" Azazel said to Vali.

" No need for ordering," Vali said as he summoned the Red Gauntlet on his right arm he made a cool(chuuni) stance.

---- Nekoshou Shrine ---

While the Kuoh Academy was in chaos, Touru and his group were relaxing in the living room of their residence. Touru was cooking a bizarre deserts that even Lisa as keeping a distance to his dessert due to his bizarre taste but there was particularly one exception outside of his group who likes his creation, it was your neighborhood Dragon God Ophis. Since he becomes a Super Class Youkai, Ophis was visiting him whenever she like( A/N: I will make Ophis's gender as Female.) sometimes she just popped out in nowhere. Even when he was bathing alone or sometimes when he doing a wild night with his mates which even his group had formed a resistance against fear to Ophis.

She likes his Spicy sweet-sour pudding, Bitter Sweet Candy, Spicy Bitter mochi, and many more bizarre deserts that he made when she suddenly appeared when he was making deserts.

" Why don't you left the Khaos Brigade, they will never do anything to your goal," he asked her.

" I need my silence," she said while eating his pudding with a bit expression when the taste of his dessert was colliding in her tongue.

" Why not staying here, this place was isolated you can found your silence in this place and maybe you can taste this every day," he said as he tempting her to leave the Terrorist Group.

" I will think about it," she said as she took and an entire plate of pudding and she vanished without a trace.

"...sigh I failed again huh," Touru said as he left the kitchen.
