Prologue: King of the Monsters

I was sitting on my throne waiting patiently for the intruders.

*bang

A group of humans had run into the throne room.

"Your tyranny ends here! At the hands of humanity, we, the up-and-coming hero party 'Wings Of Freedom' will end you here"

A man clad in armor shouted at me while waving his sword in my direction.

"You fools I Merely let you into my presence how dare yo—"

"We are here to eliminate you! the future demon king! before you can claim your rightful place on the throne"

Ugh isn't that kind of rude I'm the king here and he interrupts my speech in my domain? Do these guys really wanna die that bad?…

"Ah!"

"What?"

"You are at the wrong part of the school"

"Huh?!"

" Yes it appears that you have mistaken me as the demon empress, This part of the university is for the schooling of monsters"

"Empress?! School?!"

"Yeah, don't worry about it, you'll figure it out when you get there, it's just right down the block if you take a left turn from here"

"Wait then who are you? If you aren't a candidate to be the demon king then why do you live in such a big castle?"

"Live? I just finished my test early, and I'm currently the King of Monsters right now so—"

"KING OF MONSTERS!!!"

The whole party shouted

These damned heroes are starting to piss me off

"We the 'Wings of Freedom' shall eliminate the supreme king of all monsters and then the demon lord right after!

Hah!?

"Wait why me? The demon quarters are right down the block! You guys—"

"Shut it fowl beast, your appearance fooled me but I can sense your monstrous aura!"

"Listen to me!"

"ATTACK!"

*sigh

These hero parties always keep bothering me, and I'm tired of them, I never wanted to be the King of monsters either but I refuse to be compared to my classmates who have a rotten brain level of intelligence that is comparable to zombies.

[Holy Purification]

A bright light had surrounded me and then dissipated. I got off my throne and pointed at the heroes menacingly.

"What! how! that's impossible! Nothing can withstand the holy smite of god!" the priestess-looking girl yelled

"You fools! your foolish god can't damage me… what did you call me again? Supreme? I quite like that title! Hahahaha! I the supreme King Of All Monsters will crush you in your place!"

" I won't let you"

The man clad in armor charged at me and swung his sword, but I slowly walked toward him as well and simply blocked it with my finger.

"What! Impossible! This is a holy sword!"

"As I said your holy relics do not affect me. I'll tell you this as well, No mere normal human can beat me"

"Hah!? Normal! I'm one of the chosen ones by the gods themselves"

I had pushed his holy sword down with my fingers and the vibration from the sword hitting the floor made him release his grip. With just a push kick, he was sent flying back towards his party.

As the hero was flying away, I axe kicked his sword into the ground. It stabbed into the ground, crumbling and breaking the ground it pierced.

Once the hero landed he tried to regain his breath, just from a single push kick I had knocked the wind out of him.

"I'm disappointed…Pick it up"

"What!"

"The sword… pick it up, I'll give you 10 seconds before I throw a single blow. I'll start counting once you put your hands on the sword."

The hero cautiously stepped toward his holy sword but stopped right before grabbing his sword.

"I guess monsters like you wouldn't know but there's a saying"

"Hmm?"

"To never play with your food"

He put his hands on the sword and pulled it but it did not budge

"Huh?"

"You know, you have been pissing me off, but I'll even give you extra time to pull your pitiful relic out of the ground."

The hero in a daze pulled on his sword again.

"Playing with food? I don't play with food, if I did, it would only be to savor it. To be honest, I don't even see you guys as food you know, right now you are just some ants that I want out of my house… so I'm gonna squash you like the bugs you are. 1…, 2…, 3…,"

The hero in a panic started to pull at the sword with all his might, even to the point where he was yelling.

"Aaaaaagh!"

"5…, 6...,7…,"

He let go of his sword and ran straight at me and started throwing punches. I swiftly dodged his fist as I was counting.

"8…,"

I stopped moving and started to block his fist with my palms.

" 9..."

"Aaaagh! This is impossible! I'm superhuman! I have powers given to me by the gods! I'm even worthy enough to receive their blessings!"

The man paused and took a battle stance. His fist had begun to glow with a bright light

"I'll stop you here and now!"

He charged up his fist and yelled his final move.

"Divine punch: heaven splitter!"

"10…"

I stopped the knight's fist by simply catching it.

"How? I can even split the heavens with this power!"

The hero was in shock, I squeezed my hand that was around his fist and he started to scream in agony

"Aaghhhhh!"

"Hero!"

His party screamed his title, isn't that rude he's a human outside of his title too you know.

"You said it yourself, if you are a superhuman then I'm simply just a monster and I currently deem you unworthy In my presence, fuck your god"

I slapped him once with my right hand and his eyes rolled to the back of his head and he went flying toward his party, the priestess caught him, and the others charged at me.

His party came to his side and proceeded to attack me altogether. They were fools why didn't they just all attack me at once in the first place?

[lightning bolt]

I easily dodged it with just my eyesight. Their tank had tried to charge head-on with his shield but I simply stopped it with a single hand and pushed him to send him off flying.

He let his shield slide off his arm as I pushed him back. He had only allowed me to push his shield off of him.

"This is where I shine. My strength Knows no bounds!"

We clashed hands and the ground around us began to crack at the clash of our hands creating a shockwave and blowing his party members back a few feet.

"Wow! You are right you and your strength show promise, but not enough for me!"

I gave him a slight smile for giving me a little bit of excitement. I began to lift him off the ground and spun him around my body. I threw the bear of a tank toward the mage who had successfully through a fireball at me.

The tank and the mage tumbled toward the priest and I slapped the fireball with my hand and it flew to the wall.

"4 out 1 remaining miss priestess"

She looked at me in fear as I gave her a devilish smile.

"What kind of monster are you…"

"One that gets hurt"

I showed her the burns I received from the fireball

"Impossible a simple fireball spell hurt you but not the divine punishment from the gods couldn't!"

"Correct! I'm the supreme king of all monsters after all aren't I! ahahahahaha!"

The priestess looked at me in despair

"Tell me… Did we even stand a chance against the demon lord?"

"Hmmm?, perhaps… I couldn't tell, you probably would've given them a good fight… you just aren't stronger than me"

"So you are stronger than the demon lord and all the monsters?"

"Nah! I'm the weakest"

"Huh!"

I summoned a portal and they got swallowed up by the void.

Phew*

I wanted to kill that one guy, he had such popular guy energy.

The class is gonna be pissed that I damaged the wall and floor.

I'm only human after all… maybe I'll just give an excuse?

"Hey, what the hell happened here!"

Ah shit… Nah I'm dead.
