In the beginning there was a war between mankind, demonkind, and the Eldritch Horrors. This time was fraught with peril as the three main species fought for control of the continent of Bilbara. Mankind being physically weaker then the two races used holy magic of all kinds to make up the gap of power. The demons used terrifying dark magic that could corrupt even the purest of souls. Only the demon nobles and a few exceptional commoners could withstand its terrible darkness. The third army, That of the Eldritch Horrors wielded a terrifying magic, the origin magic. Origin magic is the most chaotic and unruly magic that could reshape reality, create black holes, and destroy one's entire bloodline so that those people never existed.

This war lasted for 300 years with terrible casualties on all sides. The Eldritch Horrors however soon became a threat to both the humans and demons alike. As such both mankind and demonkind joined hands to face off these mad beasts. The last battle took place with good fortune for the alliance as a traitor from the Eldritch forces came to them in the night and gave up the battle plans to the alliance. The traitors name was Nigma the Executioner. He was the Prince of the Eldritch, son of the King of Horrors. Nigma and the Alliance fought a hard bloody battle, with Nigma was soon facing his father. In the end youth and luck were not triumphant and as he lay dying on the battlefield he used origin magic to see the future and received a vision. With the last of his strength he screamed and the battlefield fell silent and listened to what the dying Prince said.

"THIS BATTLE WILL NOT BE THE LAST.

THE ELDRITCH WILL RISE FROM THE

SHADOWS AND ONCE AGAIN STRIKE

THEY WILL COME FOR ALL AND THE

WORLD WILL BE IN DESPAIR AND

All who heard this were astonished, and the Alliance was filled with joy and the Eldritch despair. The battle was soon won by the Alliance and they banished the Eldritch from Bilbara.
